Mr & Mrs E acquired a small, humble bungalow in the village of North Baddesley near Romsey in Hampshire. With their growing family the plan was to maximise the living space available to them as allowed by the local council planning office. After much thought the once 2 bedroom bungalow was converted into a spacious 4 bedroom family home with 2 en-suite bathrooms & a beautiful kitchen/diner overlooking the south facing rear garden.
South Coast Carpentry completed the build within 12 weeks & just as important within budget. With build costs accounted a recent valuation of the property indicates a 30% increase in the clients investment.
